store manager (m/f/d)
HEY ALEX is a cool concept store for women and men. We also carry accessories such as bags, jewelry, and perfumes – primarily from Scandinavian brands.
We are a family Team and are looking for you to manage our future branch in Berlin (m/f/d).
You can choose from the following working time models:
- Part-time: 4 days per week
- Full-time: 5 days per week
Your tasks:
- Active participation in sales, conducting sales discussions and cashier activities
- Acceptance of goods, re-sorting and control of stock and quality of goods
- Maintenance and design of shop windows and product presentation in the sales area according to internal specifications
- Lead, motivate and mentor your team to promote a customer-centric approach
- Share performance measurements and demonstrate your understanding of KPIs to improve your store results
- Ensure that your store has a flawless appearance in line with HEY ALEX's visual merchandising guidelines
Your profile:
- Experience in (fashion) retail is an advantage
- You are a good fit for us if you have a positive charisma have, please contact People are, about Team spirit as well as flexibility and Fun selling Especially if you love fashion!
- You love the direct Customer contact . You take great pleasure in finding the perfect product for your customers. Working in a store can be very demanding. But this is no problem for you, because you are durable and trade self-employed .
- You own very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
