Returns and cancellation policy
How long can I return an item I don't like?
All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a return.
HEY ALEX reserves the right to refuse returned items that do not meet the above requirements.If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email. In this case, we will not cover the return shipping costs.
Will I get my money back?
If HEY ALEX accepts items as returns, we will refund you the purchase price less return costs .
How do I return an item?
Send us an email to info@heyalex.de.
We will prepare a return slip and send it to you by email, usually within 1-2 working days.
How much does return shipping cost?
We charge 6.50 euros for returns if you use the return slip we send you by email.
If you do not use the return label we offer to return the goods to us, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
For returns outside Germany we charge a fee of € 15 (EU).
After receiving the returned goods, you will receive a refund of the purchase price less the return costs .
Is it possible to directly exchange a returned item for a new one?
Unfortunately, a direct exchange for a new item is not possible. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will credit you using the payment method you selected. You can simply reorder a different size or item.
Incorrectly delivered goods
If the return involves incorrectly delivered or defective goods, we will of course reimburse the postage costs even for shipments from countries outside Germany.

How can I complain about an item?
If an item we deliver is not in any way correct, you can of course return it free of charge.
Please contact us and send us an email to info@heyalex.de before returning the item. We will then send you a return slip.
As soon as the item has arrived and been inspected, we will refund you.

Cancellation policy & cancellation form
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alexander Kalczynski, HEY ALEX, Niederbarnimstraße 11, 10247 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: 03054467502, Email: office@heyalex.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
