How do we ship?

At HEY ALEX, we ship your order the same day (Mon-Fri) with our shipping partner DHL - all in a climate-neutral way.

Your package should usually arrive within 2-4 days.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email from us with the parcel number so that you can track your shipment at any time.

Shipping Germany

For orders under €80, we charge a shipping fee of €6.50 within Germany.

For orders over €80, shipping is free within Germany.

Shipping EU

For orders within the European Union we charge a shipping fee of €20.
